The Old Dock is located in Puerto Natales of southern Chile. Puerto Natales is one of the southernmost cities in the world and close to the Torres del Paine park

As I was taking this picture I could hear the cracking of the the glacier in the distance. They often sound like explosions and the earth and ice move.

Torres del Paine - Condor's Nest

There is something magical about a Patagonian sunrise. Witnessing the sky fill with magnificent hues of red and purple while standing in the shadows of mighty Torres del Paine can be an incredible experience. I was there, taking photos as the sky filled with light, when suddenly a Condor flew up from the valley just feet away! It is an impressive bird and seeing it that close was unforgettable. I was transfixed, watching as its wings perfectly glided into the horizon until the clouds took over and filled the skyline like a sea of cotton candy. It was truly an unforgettable sight to behold.

Torres del Paine Fall River

During the fall the colors along the trail to Mirador las Torres in Torres del Paine is a remarkable sight. This was taken during a rainy day while hiking to the lookout. Although the lookout did not work out, the view of the train was phenomenal.

Torres del Paine - Salto Grande

The Salto Grande is a waterfall on the Paine River, after the Nordenskjöld Lake, within the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. The water from the lake comes from melting glaciers and has an aqua blue color to it. This was taken early in the morning at sunrise and I was the only one at the falls.
